All of our lawyers graduated from top-tier law schools in China.
Most of the 18 partners as well as certain senior lawyers have
practiced for over 10 years, or have extensive legal experience
in domestic financial institutions or foreign-invested enterprises
for many years, which helped the establishment of an extensive
social network and deep understanding of business and culture
in China. In addition, substantial portion of our lawyers are
fluent in foreign languages, certain partners graduated from top-tier
law schools in U.S., U.K. and other countries, and had extensive
experience in prestigious international law firms. The Firm is
